1. Introduction
Revival Flame Ministries carries a mandate of heaven to spread the message of the good news of Jesus Christ by the manifest outpouring of the Holy Spirit, to bring revival and transformation to Australia and the nations. Based out of the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia this ministry exists to bring resurrection life, healing and awakening to the body of Christ. Our passion is for the church to walk in the glorious victory of the finished work of the cross and demonstrate her true overcoming identity as reflectors of the Glory bringing the message of salvation and reconciliation to the nations of this earth.
2. Donations
We trust and lean on the Body of Christ for donations and financial support. We offer apostolic and prophetic ministry to the Body of Christ through weekly church gatherings, training, sending out ministers (inter)nationally, Bible college, prophetic messages on social media and via our newsletter. We offer capacity for donation to any who wishes to financially support this ministry. Any and all donations are to be offered as a gift and are received as such. We will seek to steward donations well in support of the ministry and the workers who serve it. We may also use a portion to support other ministries as the Lord leads us.
3. Sales
We may offer teaching resources and worship albums for sale. These may include such things as books, DVDs, CDs, and online courses. Such things may be offered for financial reward and will be subject to the delivery, refund and policies listed below. Revenue from these sales will be collected and used by Revival Flame Ministries in a similar way to donations with due care and respect, as is the legal requirement for a non-profit entity. Where royalties are generated through book or album sales, such royalties will go to the relevant authors and legal holders of IP unless another agreement has been reached.
4. Privacy Policy
Revival Flame Ministries regards donor privacy as an important part of our relationship with our members; subscribers or other. The following privacy policy applies to all Revival Flame Ministry users and conforms to Internet privacy standards. 5. Collection of Information
In order to subscribe to Revival Flame Ministries’ newsletters, offer donations or purchase materials, personal data is collected such as your name, address and email. Such information is collected in confidence and will not be offered or sold to third parties by Revival Flame Ministries, except under the request of authorities. Email correspondence may also be archived for the protection of our correspondents. Any information collected by Revival Flame Ministries is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail or directly through our website.
6. Use of Collected Information
Any details collected from Revival Flame Ministries’ members, subscribers or customers is required in order to provide an amicable venue for ministry, and in circumstances of e-store, to deliver the purchased products and/or services with a high level of customer service. The information provided will generally be used for its intended purpose; such as (but not limited to) processing donations, maintaining a record of sales, generating invoices, generating statements, letters of gratitude and maintaining a context of communication. Sales information may be used to write a letter of gratitude, generally within a 6 month period. Sales related correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references and to assist in our staff development. Should any cases of fraud be suspected, we may disclose details of the transaction, including the date, amount, and email address connected to the transaction to official parties for investigation.
7. Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as bank details) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). If Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. Any Credit Card information that is required for repeated payments is passed onto the relevant payment gateways (such as Paypal), and secured under bank-level security. Any written records of credit card numbers given to us for the sake of a donation are destroyed as soon as they are processed. Checks banked via mobile app are securely destroyed. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. 8. Access to Collected Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire to receive emails from us, you may follow the instructions on the unsubscribe page to remove your subscription and re-subscribe with new information if desired. In cases where information is kept on file – addresses and contact information, all efforts to maintain security will be used within the capacity of our ministry. Should you require a subscription to be cancelled we will assist wherever possible using the information available to use. On occasion, third parties may be contracted to assist in repairs to website’s back-end function. In such cases, contractors may be offered a temporary administration privilege, which also allows access to information such as email addresses and contact information. All such work is carried out in agreement that privacy and discretion must be respected and no private information should be accessed or gathered. Due to the long lead time in communications, we will always endeavour to respond in a timely manner, but sometimes administration may be delayed in busy periods.

If you purchase a product or service from us (i.e. book, music album, Bible course), we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (bank details). Credit card information is not stored by us and handled directly by our payment gateways (i.e PayPal) We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Revival Flame Ministries uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, sending accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including newsletter emails.
10. Third Parties
Revival Flame Ministries may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. These third parties include our payment gateways (i.e PayPal). These third parties may have individual privacy policies that handle your information in different ways. It is outside of our control how third parties (i.e PayPal) handle your information. Please make yourself aware of the privacy policies of these third parties. The responsible person within Revival Flame Ministries shall take responsibility for its ongoing compliance with this policy. This policy shall be reviewed at least annually. Revival Flame Ministries shall register with the Information Commissioner’s Office as an organisation that processes personal data. Lawful, fair and transparent processing To ensure its processing of data is lawful, fair and transparent, Revival Flame Ministries shall maintain a register of all systems in which personal data is processed. Revival Flame Ministries must keep records of communications for purposes of context of conversation and records of ministry for legal protection. Accuracy Revival Flame Ministries shall take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate. Archiving / removal To ensure that personal data is kept for no longer than necessary, Revival Flame Ministries shall put in place an archiving policy for each area in which personal data is processed and review this process annually. Revival Flame Ministries uses Paypal for credit card and electronic payment options. We also offer our bank details on our website for direct debit banking transfers. As this facility is not attached to our website but rather is only information shared, using this option for donations, you choose to be subject to the security of your own internet banking system. Regular prophetic messages: We hope to maintain regular prophetic and encouraging messages delivered free to a mass audience via social media services (i.e Facebook) as well as by means of email and on our website. We make no offer of “prophetic messages to order” and as such should a “word” be requested we make no guarantee of delivery Physical goods: After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via postal service or courier in a timely manner; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. 19. Refund & Returns Policy
Donations: Any donations offered to Revival Flame Ministries are received as a gift free of obligation. We do not offer any refund of donations, despite a change of heart or grievance. In Australia and the USA there are legal requirements against refunding donations, as these are the nations our ministry is based in we must adhere to these laws. If there are suspicious circumstances around a transaction we will notify relevant fraud authorities. Sales: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at admin@revival-flame.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs on ordered products. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to electronically delivered media and tickets. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
